• If cameras malfunction and we inform the client, Lecscon is not responsible for any incidents during that period.
• Lecscon only monitorslive video feeds and providesincident video clips or snapshots based on client requirements.
• All incident clips, snapshots, or related recordings are deleted immediately after being sent to the client
• Our typical response time to any observed incident is within 1 to 3 minutes.
• If the client cannot be reached, we will reach the backup contact for up to 30 minutes.
• Since no footage is permanently stored to maintain privacy, the client acknowledgesthat previously sent or deleted video cannot be
retrieved.
• Duration of monitoring depends on the terms defined in the agreement.
• Ourservices are charged on an hourly basis (0.5 USD) according to the agreed pricing structure.
• Payment can be made weekly, fortnightly, or monthly as agreed in the contract.
• During off-hours, Lecscon is notresponsible for any incidents or activitiesthat occur.
• The client agreesto maintain all camera equipment and network connectivity to ensure continuous monitoring.
• Lecscon’s services are limited to observation, notification, and reporting to the client. We do not have the capability or
responsibility to stop or prevent any incident.
