1. How we Work
• Lecscon operators manually monitor live CCTV feeds during the contracted hours based on the number of
cameras defined in the agreement.
• Each camera is monitored in real-time by trained personnel who identify movement, assess potential risks,
and responds to the clients.
• Monitoring is fully manual; no any automated alert or AI detection system is used.
2. Communication and Alert Procedure
• For normal or minor movements, the operator sends a message or Email to the client for awareness.
• For any suspicious or unusual activity, an immediate phone-call is made to the client.
• If the primary contact is unreachable, the backup contact is notified.
• If both contacts remain unavailable, communication attempts will continue for up to 30 minutes.
• All communication and incident updates are logged in real time in a shared Google Sheet accessible to the client.
3. Incident Reporting
• A live incident report is maintained in Google Sheets, where clients can review all updates in real time.
• The incident report includes details of the event, time, camera location, and contact actions taken by the
monitoring operator.
4. Incident Clip and Snapshot Service
• At the client’s request, Lecscon can provide short video clips orsnapshots to the client related to specific incidents.
• All captured files are deleted immediately after being shared to maintain client privacy.
5. System Responsibility
• The client is responsible for ensuring all cameras, internet connectivity, and related systemsremain active during
monitoring hours.
• If a camera goes offline or malfunctions, Lecscon will always notify the client.
6. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
• Lecscon values the confidentiality of all client data.
• No footage, images, or logs are shared with third parties.
• Any temporary media files used for incident reporting are permanently deleted immediately after use.
